DAVID STANLEY, CEO

David Stanley joined Brown Wood over twenty-nine years ago to work with his father Lowell. David has worked in every area of the organization and has wealth of knowledge in the industry. David took over as President of the company in 2007 after Lowell’s passing. David oversees all of the operations of the company and manages to make time for all of his customers, as he values those customer relationships.

David is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and lives in Louisville with his wife Lisa. They have two sons who are following in the father’s footsteps as students at Kentucky. David is a University of Alabama football fan and a University of Kentucky basketball fan.

David Stanley Jr., PRESIDENT

David Stanley Jr. has been with Brown Wood Preserving Co. since June 2013. He has experience in all levels of the operational process at the plants. His responsibilities include production scheduling and cost management, as well as monitoring daily plant activity and cost analysis.

David graduated from the University of Kentucky with Degrees in Finance and Accounting. He is the son of David & Lisa Stanley and has one brother named Jonathon. His father is the President of Brown Wood Preserving Co. In his free time, he is a Kentucky Wildcat and Dallas Cowboys fan. He also enjoys golf and fishing.
